name J.Ballard is the Managing Member of Start A Heart AED. She is an AHA CPR/AED Instructor of Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. Specializing in Public Access to Defibrillation programs for Rural communities and areas with Volunteer First Responders, it is her mission to see defibrillators in each workplace, public area, and home. She incorporates her background in actuarial work to help communities determine and manage their exposure to death from Sudden Cardiac Arrests.
